Jo Gassner

Jo Gassner

I’ve practiced yoga my entire life.  I’ve taught yoga for over 10 years, much more seriously in the past 5 years. I have lots of certifications and continuous education hours under my belt. I have a college degree in Education.

I take my practice and teaching very seriously, HOWEVER, the older I get, the more important it is to me to “play”.  I don’t want to ever stop exploring what my body can do; where my breath can take my mind and my focus.  Creating, exploring, moving, and laughing are essential in my everyday practice and in my teaching.  Having a playful atmosphere where growth of many kinds can take place is what I’m all about!
